It occurred to me when walking alongside the River Goyt in Brabyns Park, Marple, that I had everything I needed in life right there, with the warm sun setting behind the trees and a gentle wind blowing as I listened to the ripples of the river - but not so for my friend at the time, who was besotted with material things and was unhappy. So it's a song to try and appeal to those who are trying to find happiness to try connecting with nature, which gives us so much- and mostly it's free!.
